This might only concern those who live in the East Midlands, but today I have been to the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet at Mansfield.
If you go to the Harbi Store there, you can buy Evening/Bridesmaids Gowns from around £59 and Bridal one's from £99 their prices seem to go up to about £599 for some of the Stevies Gowns, maybe a tad higher, but much better than what they would normally cost in a normal Wedding store. Sizes vary from 10 up to and including a 22 I saw. I have tried to find out if they have any other stores, but none have come up so far, hence why this is only any good for East Midlands Brides. The Stock changes frequently, I understand they have deliveries every week.
The website for McArthurGlen is: http://www.mcarthurglen.com you can then find a list of locations from there, as I say, I don't know of any other Harbi Stores in UK. If you do, post their location here.
